San Felice del Benaco is the sunny  headland of the Valtenesi which stretches onto Lake Garda, between the gulfs of Salò and Manerba. The town of San Felice is divided into San Felice, Portese and Cisano together with the Isola del Garda (Island of Garda), owned by the Borghese family Cavazza.

San Felice is immersed in nature, with olive groves, vineyards and fields and offers dynamic yet relaxing holiday. San Felice offers wonderful walks through the hills, beautiful views of Lake Garda, old medieval villages, historic buildings, pebble beaches spaced out by small marinas.

Worth a visit is the main church designed by the famous architect from Brescia, Antonio Corbellini. On the high altar there are the relics of the Saints Felice, Adauto and Flavia above which there is an altarpiece by Romanino. Inside there are more works of art. Other buildings include Palazzo Rotingo, the town hall of San Felice del Benaco, the sanctuary, the Castle, the main church and the Castle of Portese.

Nowadays it is possble to visit the Island of Garda with its fascinating and spectacular "villa", or palace designed by the architect Luigi Rovelli in the early 1900's. The palace is built in Venetian neo-Gothic style, . Hanging on one of the walls there is a beautiful canvas by Carlo Carloni dating back to the 1700's. Surronded by by harmonious woods of pines and cypresses, acacias and lemon trees, magnolias and agaves, Isola del Garda's beautiful gardens slope down to touch the lake.
